Our Inception - 1966
For more than 58 years, Antons Mouldings has played an important role within the Australian Art and Picture Framing industry.
Antons' origins can be traced back to Melbourne in 1966 when founders, Pat and Rosa Schiavello, began a small business milling timber components for a handful of local furniture manufacturers.
Supreme Wood Moulding was a milling company that expertly milled timber into all types of shapes of wood moulding, and from there grew into Perfect Wood Moulding, facilitating the timber milling and finishing operations, and has been a major manufacturer of architectural timber components and finished products for the Australian Art and Picture Framing industry.
