ALPHA 1M

The ALPHA 1M is our entry level V-nailer, economical yet maintaining Minigraf quality. It does not require electricity or an air source as the v-nail is driven solely by a heavy duty mechanical gear which is foot actuated. This machine is well suited for low production shops, the hobby trade, or areas where noise is of major concern.

ALPHA 2M

The most effortless, manual foot operated V-Nailer on the market, suitable for all types of mouldings.

MINIGRAF 144

Joining capacity of up to 200mm. 'Interchangeable size magazine' for quick change of V-Nails.

MINIGRAF 3

With the ALPHA 3 , frame clamping and v-nail insertion are pneumatically controlled while the positioning of v-nails is manually set. V-nails can be driven or stacked anywhere along the frame joint. The ALPHA 3 is well suited for low production shops or the hobby trade and incorporates some of the features of our higher end models.

MINIGRAF 44

The MINIGARF 44 is our most popular model with the Custom Framer. It has been designed for ease of operation and is particularly well suited for all types of mouldings.

MINIGRAF 4E3P Electronica

This is a heavy duty machine designed to last many years in a high production environment. It has a reinforced nail driver for trouble free cycling plus heavy duty air cylinders for extended periods of production with very little maintenance. The MINIGRAF 4E3P ELECTRONICA is fast and comes equipped with a computer which electronically controls where v-nails are driven or stacked in with up to 3 positions per corner. The machine can also work manually, by overriding the computer's electronic control.

MINIGRAF 4E Memory Pro

This machine has been designed for production shops which need to change over frequently. Its Memory Program technology is "state of the art" allowing profile data for up to 4000 frames to be entered or downloaded from a PC. V-nails can be driven or stacked in up to 10 positions per corner. This machine is very fast and easily drives all types of wood, plastic and MDF.

MINIGRAF MP MULTI-CHANNEL

The revolutionary new MINIGRAF MP MULTI-CHANNEL is the evolution of our standard Memory Program Machine, and is designed to handle custom and high volume production framing with ease. It features a high-speed 5 channel set-size magazine containing 5, 7, 10, 12, 15mm workable combinations in a single working cycle, creating the best quality join on the market in a split second.
